1. CAD design, industrial Projects

We support your CAD design projects in the fields of plant design, plant engineering in 2D and 3D with general assembly drawings, 2D/3D design of plant equipment, production drawings, fotorealistic pictures. Applications are among others the creation of GA and the design of new components like sifter, bucket elevator, screw conveyor, stairs, piping, platform, dust extraction piping, filter...

2. CAD design, steelworks and mechanical engineering

We support your CAD design projects in the fields of steelworks and mechanical deisgn of machines and equipment in 2D and 3D. We create assembly drawings, parts list, production drawings for parts and assemblies, mounting drawings, 3D design with ISO views, exploded views of 3D models, technical documentation, animations and rendering of models for cataloge or online presentations.

In 2011 we expanded our skills in the automation. We create a 3D with animation for automated production processes and build a prototype. For automation tasks we use standard components from SMC, Festo and simulate the whole process prior to a produtcion in virtual reality.

3. 3D Modelling of parts

We support your CAD design projects in the fields of 3D-modeling of existing parts and assemblies.

4. 3D CAD Libraries

We support your CAD design projects in the fields of 3D-modeling of catalog parts. We create standard CAD libraries in 3D or 2D. The output can be standard 3D in iges, step or 2D in dxf, pdf, dwg, jpg.

5. CAD data conversion (paper2CAD)

We convert your CAD date form one system to another. Our conversion is purely manual, we are not using any automation for the conversion, with this procedure we can guarantee a high quality.
